Language.Exchange

I'm working in IT company in Moscow and i need to improve my spoken english. I can read and understand english but unfortunatly it is hard for me to speak. I hope you help me to improve and correct my mistakes. I'm also native russian speaker, so i guess i can be helpful too =)
