My name is Vladimir (Vlad for short). I live in St. Petersburg, Russia. I studied English at school and at university when I was young. It was the soviet period when foreign language teachers mainly taught their students to read and translate. A couple of years ago I have started to learn English on my own and now my level is about intermediate. I am looking for a language exchange partner to improve my English.
