I'm Shey,
I can speak English at average skill but I still want to improve this by constantly using or practicing by talking to someone. I'm looking for a language partner, not necessarily fluent in english, She can be just like me who wants to practice and improve her speaking skills by regular practice.
I also want to learn mandarin. :)
