Hi, I am a native English speaker, from California who learned Japanese growing up. I'm now just starting to learn Chinese (Mandarin) and looking for practice partners.
My hobbies are: travel, gardening, hiking, photography, movies, and hanging out with friends.
Professional: I work in the insurance industry in finance and data management. I have my own side business where I teach data quality classes, so of course I like talking about these related topics as well as my hobbies.

I was born and raised in Taiwan , and have lived and worked in the US for over 30 years.
Currently, I am interested in learning Korean culture, history, of course also its language.
I also hold a MA degree in English teaching as a second language.

Buenos días,
my name is Lena, I am 19 years old and from Germany. I am currently a Red Cross volunteer living and working in San José until July of 2019. I took Spanish in school and I am able to hold a conversation. I still need to work on my grammar and widen my vocabulary though. German is my native language but I am also fluent in English because I lived in the United States.
I'd love to find people who can help me with Spanish and tell me more about Costa Rica and its culture. And I am also looking forward to helping you with German or English and tell you about my culture and its customs.
