Born and raised in Germany, lived for a number of years in Scotland, now for 20 years in Sweden. Working as an English-language science editor. I am currently studying Mandarin on the side. Formal training I get in class, but I am in dear need of speaking practice. It still sounds terrible and requires a lot of gesturing and grimacing, but I can now have a conversation about most topics. At least I am past the stage where a chat is limited to 我喜欢喝茶。As per course level, I should be somewhere between B1 and B2, but that depends a lot on the topic. I can offer more or less native level German, English and Swedish in return. (And free tickets to my exercise classes). Hello everyone!:) My name is Csenge and I was born in Hungary, but I am living in Sweden now. I am here to make friends and do language exchange! I have started learning Korean around 2~3 years ago, but my knowledge is still not very good. I am somewhat good at reading and writing, however, speaking is not going that well for me. I very much hope that one day I will become fluent in Korean! Italian has my heart, it sounds so melodic and it looks so beautiful. I truly want to learn it, as I wish to speak the language which my beloved angel, Antonio Vivaldi has spoken. I have stared learning some really basic Chinese, as I find it a very gorgeous language. I mainly study it as a hobby, but I really want to understand and speak this wonderful language someday. I have Russian on my list of languages I would like to learn as well. I find Russian a very pretty language. I love the sounding of it. Right now my focus is mainly on Italian. ☺️ My hobbies are playing violin, drawing, listening to Vivaldi's angelic compositions, crocheting, taking photos, traveling, watching movies, learning languages, playing games, reading, and doing Iaido! Hi, I am Finnish language enthusiast currently living in Helsinki. I would personally consider my self a self-taught linguist. I am native Swedish and Finnish Speaker (C2), have C1 in English, and B1 in Korean, Mandarin Chinese, and Japanese. My Vietnamese is quite poor and German is okay A2. I am aiming to pass all the JLPT-tests. I will start from N5. in 2025 I plan to attend HSK3 and maybe HSKK middle level. At some point I would also like to have a grade 3 in TOPIK (Korean language test) I have been to university exchange in South Korea twice (Hallym University, 08-12/2016; Kyung Hee University 08/2020-05/2021) and lately I returned from a 9 month stay attending Chinese classes at National Taiwan Normal University (08/2023-05/2024). I have also travelled to Hong Kong, Japan, and Vietnam for some 2-3 days each. Studying languages and meeting people in the process is a life style choice I made at the age of 22 (now I am 32). I am happy to help people in learning languages so if that is what you want we could meet and then I see what I can do.

Hi, I am a 15 year old girl from Sweden. I am looking to learn Russian because I think the language sounds nice. I also like gaming, especially story games like Beyond two souls, Detroit: become human and life is strange. I don't have many friends in real life, so when I was around the age of 10 I started making friends online instead! I also collect DVDs and CDs.
