Hi, I’m Krzysztof! I’m learning English because I love the language, especially British English. My goal is to become fluent, and I’m now focusing on writing and speaking.
I'm a huge dog lover, and I have two of them. I've been trying to train them, but, well... inconsistency 😅. I do yoga regularly, and running and cycling not so regularly 😉. Apart from that, I'm into music, TV shows, and films.
I'm looking for someone who is genuinely interested in language learning.
I can help you with your Polish, and I think learning each other’s languages could be a great opportunity to exchange thoughts on culture, interests, and life in general.

Hi!! I would love to practice any of the languages above, but I’m also interested in chatting about your country and culture :D In exchange I can tell you something about Poland. I prefer longer messages and it might take me some time to replay, but I will always do it (and if you are scared that I won’t you can remind yourself I won’t be mad).
I like both anime and manga and I’m trying to read more books this vacation (I like it, but sadly I don’t have much time for that). I’m currently getting into Subnautica. I love it so far, but I’m bad at playing games 😅

Hi! My name's Stanisław and I'm 20 years old. I'm a Pole form Bydgoszcz 👋
Currently I live and study in Poznań, at Adam Mickiewicz University. My major is Arabic studies 🕌
I really enjoy learning languages and everything about languages, which is my biggest hobby! Apart from that I love genealogy and history (my family tree has around 1000 profiles now), poetry, playing guitar, birdwatching and I'm always excited to learn something new about us humans and understand us deeper.
Russian is a language I feel I can speak from the heart, unlike English and I want to be able to write poetry in it in the future. I also have family in Russia 🇷🇺
Ukrainian is my great grandmother's language and one my paternal grandpa and his family were familiar with apart from Polish, so I want to get fluent in it so that I could pay respect to my roots in some way. There's still some of my relatives living there and I'd love to connect with them this way 🇺🇦
Arabic is a language I'm passionate about, especially when it comes to dialects and dialectology. At the university I usually study MSA (الفصحى), but what my catched my heart first was the Syrian dialect, especially that of the coast 🇸🇾
Turkish I'm studying due to my major and even though I won't be studying it no more begining with this semestre, I really liked it and would want to be able to communicate in it on a basic level 🇹🇷 I'd also like to pick up some Crimean Tatar in the meanwhile 🙂

I have recently returned to Poland after almost 3 years in Dublin. I used to live in Germany and Austria too. Although I am currently based in Katowice, I regularly jet off for weekend getaways or longer excursions across Europe.
As a multilingual person and a linguist (🇵🇱 🇬🇧 🇩🇪) I have a penchant for Germanic languages (English, German, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish). Other than that, I am planning to fly over to Japan, as I have always been massively into the culture, history, cuisine, geography, philosophical beliefs of the Land of Cherry Blossoms. Aside from my interest in Japan I am into podcasts, board games (Catan and Carcassonne), psychology, neuroscience, Pilates, healthy life-style as well as cooking.
