I was born and raised in the USA. I moved to Seattle after graduating college and work at a large tech company. I enjoy reading, video games, biking, hiking, and more.
I studied Japanese in college but it never really stuck. My wife and I visited Japan last year and it was an amazing experience for both of us! We'd love to go back and I am going to dedicate myself to learning Japanese again.

Originally from the beautiful country of Croatia, I’ve been calling the vibrant city of Seattle, Washington my home for the past 25 years. I’m a university student from Washington State studying International/European Studies, and I’m very motivated to improve my French well beyond the basic level I currently have.
Because I have some natural processing-speed difficulties, I’m looking for patient conversation partners who are willing to speak a bit more slowly and clearly while still helping me progress seriously.

I study International Studies with a focus on Europe, and a big part of my long‑term goal is to use French in academic and professional contexts.
