Hi, I’m Ciara and I’m a teacher. I’ve been studying Korean longer than Cantonese and quite frankly I’m struggling with both! I do find Japanese a little bit easier but I’m limited to speaking and listening. I would like to teach abroad or at the very least travel for a while.
I love to watch movies, listen to music and read books. I’m quite talkative and I love learning about new things whether it be a specific band, recipe or TV show.
I’m looking for someone who wouldn’t mind helping a complete beginner out and in turn I can help with English and French 😊
Hi, 你好！I'm Frannie from China. I am currently a graduate student in the UK.
Why I am here:
I've found that my oral English is not as good as I thought it would be. I cannot express my thoughts and feelings as fluently in colloquial language as I can do in written language. I'd say I love English but I hate mysself for couldn't say it well. I'm expecting someone who's an English native speaker, then we could exchange our languages.
I also study French. Salut! I am still a beginner so I only know basic words and expressions. Also learnig Japanese by myself. Love music, standup comedy, anime, and photography.
I'm looking for a language partner to practice my Chinese ;)
I would like to improve my speaking skills xxx
Additionally I'd love to improve my English (I'm an English teacher hahahh) but wish to learn colloquialism and idiomatic expressions!
I'm an undergraduate student in the University of Edinburgh. I want to improve my oral English and English writing. I'm a native Mandarin speaker and happy to exchange language with you! Feel free to send me message~
It's complicated- a bit! The kind of complicated when you are born in a country, lived in 2 others and settled/lived the longest in a fourth one while hailing from a fifth! Love languages and all that comes with it (such as ordering local food in the local language) and travelling. I love exercising and keeping fit.
I'm a professional working full time but spend my free time -since my city (Edinburgh) is amazing- on walks and exploring in-and-out-of-city attractions as well as the amazing highlands and everything in between.
I did learn languages for different reasons but have to say never because of personal connections. Would love to see how I can start practicing more real life situations and less text-books and apps.
My name is Amir, I am in Edinburgh. My English is upper-intermediate and my spanish is beginner. I would be more than happy to practice with you french/english ... I cannot say the same for spanish, you will need to do some effort :P. I am in Edinburgh, we can have a face to face conversation or using Skype.
My name is Alexander and I'm a university student studying in Scotland. I can teach you English! Pretty well, I think! I'm trying to learn Mandarin however my level is a bit shaky as I've learned to read okay but my listening is really terrible, would be fun to learn with someone as practising alone is rather flimsy. I do not have a Scottish accent also, so do not worry about that. Hit me up if you are up for giving it a try =)

Hello! My name is Natosha, and I'm originally from the United States. I live in Scotland now, where I am getting a master's degree. I have lived in Palestine for a total of 6 months. I am really interested in continuing to learn Arabic in exchange for English. I minored in English during my undergrad and have been a tutor/editor for years. I also was a journalist before I started this degree. I would say I have an intermediate fluency in Arabic, and I'm interested in continuing to learn the dialect of the Sham. Hope to hear from you soon!

¡Hola!
